Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager cum Training Manager who can coordinate software product development while also managing day-to-day academy and training operations. The role requires strong planning, communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
Understand and coordinate the development of ERP, CRM, websites, and software products.
Plan projects, divide tasks among developers, and monitor work progress.
Conduct regular discussions with the development team and collect feedback on project requirements and challenges.
Track deadlines, priorities, and product improvements.
Manage and guide development interns and monitor their assigned tasks.
Training & Academy Management
Coordinate academy operations, batch schedules, classes, and training activities.
Monitor trainer performance, class quality, attendance, and schedules.
Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth course delivery.
Collect feedback from students and trainers and share improvement points with management.
Maintain regular reports related to product development and academy operations.
Required Skills
Strong planning, coordination, communication, and team-management skills.
Basic understanding of software/product development processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and project-management tools.
